Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Enter, maintain, and validate master data in SAP (material masters, routings, purchasing info records, global extensions, customer and supplier master data, product groups, and related records)
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular audits and process evaluations
- Utilize the WinShuttle suite (script development, workflow designer, Infopath/form development)
- Identify and implement corrective actions for data or process deviations
- Coordinate with data owners to ensure timely delivery of master data to the Global Master Data Team
- Collaborate and communicate with internal departments to align timelines, responsibilities, and progress updates
- Document, maintain, and improve business processes and develop training materials
- Act as the main contact person for master data management with solid SAP knowledge and related transaction codes
What you bring:
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in process or project management and practical experience in SAP master data management
- Advanced knowledge of SAP master data (material master, customer master, vendor master, storage locations, purchasing info records, material determination codes, etc.)
- Experience in performing mass data changes in SAP (e.g. MM46), including development of CATTSCRIPTS, table searches, and data audits
- Comprehensive system expertise in SAP desktop and MRP/ERP applications
- Experience leading or facilitating cross-departmental workshops
- Advanced MS Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, data exports)
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- High level of initiative, responsibility, and quality awareness
- Quick understanding of complex business and IT interrelationships
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style with a strong “hands-on” mentality
