Your role in the Wolfpack:
Procurement Leadership & Negotiation
- Lead and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies for non-trade categories, including:
- IT systems and services
- Legal counsel and compliance-related service providers
- Office operations and lease agreements
- Commercial terms and strategic partner contracts
- Achieve competitive pricing and optimal service conditions while managing risk and ensuring legal and procedural compliance
System & Process Development
- Design, implement, and continuously improve procurement policies, standards, and approval workflows
- Develop and roll out scalable procurement tools and processes (e.g., RFPs, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, contract templates)
- Establish contract documentation and tracking mechanisms to ensure transparency and governance
- Build scalable systems adaptable to business growth and international expansion
Organizational Enablement & Compliance
- Train and advise internal departments (Retail, IT, Legal, Finance, HR, etc.) on procurement procedures and systems
- Act as a trusted advisor for teams engaging with external vendors or negotiating commercial terms
- Drive internal compliance with procurement policies while supporting agile, business-aligned operations
- Promote cost-consciousness and procurement best practices across the company
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key non-trade suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor supplier performance and oversee contract renewals, amendments, and service-level evaluations
- Leverage benchmarking, spend analysis, and market intelligence to inform decision-making and strengthen negotiation positions
What you bring:
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree or CIPS certification advantageous)
- 7+ years of relevant experience in indirect procurement, ideally within a consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle brand environment
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to build procurement structures from the ground up
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an asset
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, especially with service-based contracts
- Familiarity with legal contract frameworks, procurement compliance, and risk mitigation strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset
- Highly organized, analytical, and solution-oriented
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken),additional languages are a plus
