Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Develop and enhance transparency across the end-to-end supply chain
- Identify inefficiencies and value creation opportunities within logistics and procurement processes
- Act as a strategic and operational partner to the global supply chain function and related departments
- Analyze product profitability and monitor supply chain cost structures
- Conduct regular inventory forecasting and scenario-based planning
- Lead and support strategic and operational planning and forecasting activities
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making
- Provide supply chain controlling input for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Deliver ad hoc performance and project-related analyses for senior leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Procurement, Product, Sales, and Finance teams
- Contribute to global finance projects and the optimization of logistics controlling processes
What you bring:
- Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Controlling, ideally within an international retail or FMCG environment
- In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, cost structures, and procurement logistics
- Proven experience in product costing and margin analysis
- Strong interest in driving transparency in complex operational environments
- Solid expertise in margin analysis, product costing, procurement, and logistics
- Strong SAP CO knowledge (mandatory); experience with BI tools is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to clearly communicate financial topics to operational teams
- Business-oriented mindset with a high level of self-motivation
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages, particularly German, are a plus
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and hands-on mentality
- Passion for promoting efficiency and clarity in fast-paced environments
