We are looking for you to join our team in the Logistics Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
  • Professional coordination of transports with consideration of cost and quality
  • Preparation of all documents required for smooth order processing
  • Point of contact for internal and external interfaces, particularly between procurement, sales, logistics service providers, and the warehouse
  • Verification of documents as well as processing of receivables and payables with service providers and authorities, including initiation of corrective measures if necessary (e.g., invoices, customs documents)
  • Handling and resolution of transport damages and initiation of recourse actions
  • Participation in projects and continuous optimization of processes
  • Preparation, execution, and monitoring of customs-related procedures
  • Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
  • Execution and management of freight tenders
  • Monitoring and evaluation of service quality of external logistics partners
What you bring:
  • Completed vocational training in freight forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in a logistics environment (at least 2 years)
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • High level of reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team-oriented working style
  • Proactive and solution-focused mindset
  • Careful and detail-oriented way of working
